Apprentice

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) using Oracle Financials within defined SLAs and quality parameters. 
  Execute 2-way and 3-way invoice matching and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, and receipt. 
  Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal controls for invoice approvals and payment processing. 
  Investigate and resolve invoice holds, exceptions, and mismatches by coordinating with procurement teams, business units, and vendors. 
  Handle vendor queries and escalations via shared mailboxes or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow). 
  Ensure accuracy of tax components (GST/TDS) and adherence to statutory compliance requirements. 
  Support monthly AP close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting. 
  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, automation projects, and SOP updates. 
  Ensure audit readiness and provide required documentation to internal and external auditors
