About the Role:

 

• • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, ensuring adherence to SOPs, knowledge articles, compliance standards, and other client-specific requirements.
  • Consistently maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency across all assigned tasks. Attention to detail with critical thinking is expected for every transaction.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and contribute to cross-functional coordination to meet shared goals and resolve client requests.
  • Conduct thorough checks to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, minimizing errors that could impact clients or compliance.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct themselves with professionalism and manage client deliverables with accountability and integrity.
  • Client-centric and accountable to deliver KPIs/SLAs with best client experience.
  • Perform other duties assigned, aligned with the overall purpose of the role.

Education & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 6 months to 3/4 years in general customer service roles or US Payroll or related HCM workflows.
• Shift: Flexible with US rotational shifts (India night shifts)

 

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to navigate internal systems and tools
• Solid understanding of job-specific processes
• Good typing skills
