• • We are seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Salesforce Administration and deployment automation. This role is critical to ensuring the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our Salesforce ecosystem. You will lead the design and implementation of DevOps practices for Salesforce, leveraging tools like Gearset to streamline CI/CD pipelines, manage version control, and enforce quality standards.

  
  How You'll Add Value

  • Own and optimize the Salesforce DevOps lifecycle, including automated deployments, version control, and release management.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Gearset and other DevOps tools.
  • Have experience with Salesforce Administration and understand Profiles/Roles/Permission Sets, Connected Apps, Managed Packages, Sharing Rules, OWD, Governors Limits, Flows, Work flows, Validation Rules etc
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Establish best practices for source-driven development, branching strategies, and environment management.
  • Monitor and improve deployment processes to reduce risk and downtime.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating new Salesforce DevOps tools and methodologies.

  
  Core Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Gearset for automated deployments, rollback strategies, and monitoring.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Git-based version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
  • Perform Salesforce Administration tasks
  • Implement automated testing frameworks for Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
  • Manage sandbox refreshes, data seeding, and environment synchronization.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and governance standards.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide root cause analysis.

• Required Qualifications 

  • • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
    • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipeline design.
    • Deep expertise in Gearset for deployment automation and monitoring.
    • Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
    • Experience with Salesforce metadata management and source-driven development.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative SDLC environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.

    
    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with other DevOps tools (Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and integrations.
    • Understanding of automated testing frameworks and code coverage requirements.
    • Strong communication and documentation skills.
