Overview

Plans, monitors, and coordinates internal and external Belonging and Engagement initiatives, including but not limited to leading Employee Resource Groups (EBRGs), overseeing our talent development roadmap, and guiding Community & Culture Shaping strategies, as well as our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • EBRG Work Pillar: In conjunction with the Belonging & Engagement Team, oversee and consult the EBRG’s. Includes development and training of leadership, management of the budget, programing, governance execution, and risk mitigation.
  • Culture Work Pillar: Collaborate with key stakeholders in the strategic planning, design, implementation and monitoring of culture champion strategy and culture shaping programs throughout the talent life cycle, ensuring plans are aligned with organizational goals.
  • CSR Work Pillar: Support the planning and execution of CSR projects and sustainability initiatives across global locations. Coordinate logistics, budgets, vendor management, and documentation for CSR programs and events. Liaise with NGOs, nonprofit partners, and community organizations to implement joint initiatives. Support employee volunteer programs and campaigns by coordinating participation, schedules, and communication. Support preparation of CSR and sustainability reports for internal reviews and external disclosures.
  • Plans, organizes and monitors work done by others in support of Belonging & Engagement projects to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on target, within budget and in-line with quality standards. Evaluates the effectiveness of project implementation and the satisfaction of employees in terms of meeting the goals and expectations of the project.. Collaborate with the communications team to highlight B&E and CSR stories and achievements. Prepare presentations and reports to showcase impact and progress to management and employees.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders including HR, Communications, and Operations teams, third party vendors, and leadership. Proactively oversee employee expectations – complaints, inquiries, suggestions, and recommendations. Create/maintain ongoing feedback loop between Belonging & Engagement Team and participants.
  • Act as internal Belonging & Engagement & CSR subject matter expert by taking a balanced consultative and systemic approach to enable the organization to capitalize on Belonging & Engagement for success through strategic and tactical/operational execution.
  • Regularly measure, analyze, report and present data, highlighting areas of strength and weakness, providing consultative support to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging thoughts and practices in the areas of Belonging & Engagement and CSR.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position’s function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or DEI Work.
  • 2 years of experience in Project Management.
