A seasoned position requiring in-depth knowledge and experience in compute system technologies. Works independently under moderate supervision responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining systems, infrastructure, middleware, and networking components in support of business requirements. Works within an agile team to provide infrastructure needs. Performs incident resolution, patching, configuration changes, and infrastructure upgrades. Provides technical support during both critical and non-critical business hours. Proactively identifies and automates the resolution of availability and performance failures throughout the environment. Creates and maintains technical reference documentation to support and train Information Technology (IT) personnel.
