Overview

Leads enterprise agile teams by facilitating the agile process, ensuring agile teams are accountable for the success of their project or BAU work effort. Strive to keep the team productive, and take ownership of that productivity by building high performing teams. Has difficult conversations with team members who aren't performing. Looks to constantly improve team's process and motivate the team as much as possible to ensure they are delivering value. Provides visibility into a team's impediments, risks, and any other struggles so adjustments can be made at the program level in order to meet desired results.

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master with excellent Project Management skills to lead our teams in adopting and implementing agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of both project and business-as-usual (BAU) work efforts by fostering a high-performing, productive team environment.  

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Facilitate Agile Processes: Guide teams through agile practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. 
    • Team Productivity: Take ownership of team productivity, build high-performing teams, and address performance issues constructively. 
    • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in team processes and efficiency. 
    • Motivation and Support: Motivate the team to deliver maximum value and support their professional growth. 
    • Impediment Management: Provide visibility into team impediments, risks, and challenges, and work with program-level management to address them. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Proven experience in agile coaching or scrum mastering. 
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
    • Ability to handle difficult conversations and manage team dynamics effectively. 
    • Excellent technical acumen and previous experience in Agile

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in or equivalent work experience - Preferred
    • 5+ years of significant scrum master experience with cross-functional teams
    • Project management experience and certification is a plus.
    • Detailed understanding and practice of agile methodology and mindset (values and principles)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation and ability to negotiate.
    • Analytical skills to address complex issues and ability to think and communicate at different levels of detail and across different levels of the organization.
    • Experience with industry agile and project management tools.
    • Experience in being a part of development team in an Agile environment and has a strong technical acumen.
    • Indepth understanding of SDLC and a strong technical acumen. And a working experience in Agile teams.
    • Good Communication, facilitating and coaching Skills
    • Experience in implementation of any Cloud Migration/Tech Upgrade projects is a plus.
    • Experience or exposure to leading software development teams in technologies such as Devops or Infra.
