Overview

Is a Subject Matter Expert for Data Audit and Data Entry across teams.   Can mentor and assist with ramp up of new team members.  Ensures quality and reduces costs by focused data entry tasks for simple employee maintenance, Direct Deposit Data Entry and special projects.  Provides clear and specific feedback to Payroll Specialists for any request issues or compliance failures.  Responsible for following up on findings to ensure that Data Entry issues are remediated once found.

Responsibilities

    • Can mentor team for Data Audit or Data Entry tasks across Level 1, 2 or 3. Is identified as subject matter expert and helps with ramp up of new team members.  Not responsible for performance appraisals or direct coaching or hiring.
    • Inputs client’s employee related information and other data entry items into the payroll system to ensure client's employees changes or new Direct Deposit requests are set up accurately and in accordance with procedures. Can set up New Hire employees as well. Data entry requests supported also include Employee Terminations and Address Changes.
    • Is a benchmark for speed and quality across Data Entry and Data Audit tasks.
    • Runs reports for internal partners using Web Online Reporting System, Payroll System and various databases to meet service requests.
    • Researches, documents, and responds to questions and issues from payroll specialists and supervisors related Direct Deposit compliance ensuring timely feedback.
    • Reviews, researches and assists other departments with reconciliation of Data Entry discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
    • Inputs client’s employee new hire related information for states.  Coordinates special projects for team.

Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma - Preferred
  • 5 - 5 years of experience in Office Setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in level 3.
