Overview

Technically coordinates and supports the administration of electronic data transfer processes which connects the client's private information to their various trading partners via Paychex EDI tools.

    Description:

     

    Tasks:

     

    • Provide initial support for EDI and Data issues
    • Coordinate EDI implementations with new EDI partners.
    • Work with trading partners and to resolve any issues.
    • Analyze current process in order to make recommendations for improvements.
    • Coordinate with internal and external partners to maintain effective EDI relationships
    • Should have IBM sterling knowledge (Mapping)

Qualifications

  • Position Requirements:

     

    Skills:

     

    • 1.5+ years of Benefits administration/Healthcare enrollment
    • The primary focus is ensuring the flawless, secure, and compliant transmission of HIPAA 5010 834 transaction sets.
    • Lead connectivity and end-to-end testing with new insurance carriers over secure SFTP, AS2, or HTTPS protocols.
    • Should have MFT (Managed File Transfer) knowledge
    • Expert understanding of mandatory loops (2000 Member, 2100 Member Name, 2300 Health Coverage) and segment elements (INS, REF, DTP).
    • Must be organized and self-motivated
    • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external clients
    • Must be able to maintain confidential information
    • Strong MS Office Suite knowledge
    • SQL skills & Benadmin tool skills
    • Handle 2 or more projects
