Overview

Detail-oriented and proactive HR Shared Service Specialist in streamlining HR processes and enhancing the overall employee experience by providing exceptional support and guidance in various HR functions. The HR Shared Service Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, interview scheduling, managing employee inquiries, processing HR transactions, and maintaining accurate records, all while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidate profiles through job portals, databases, referrals, and internal talent pools.
  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate with US teams.
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Coordinate with US onboarding teams for compliance and new-hire setup.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Process HR transactions including onboarding documentation, employee data updates, and workflow administration in HRIS systems
  • Support employment verification, documentation, and internal audits
  • Contribute to SOP updates and HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Support external HR audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting activities
  • Ensure adherence to US labor laws, EEO guidelines, and internal compliance standards
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align on hiring priorities
  • Collaborate with US Talent Acquisition and onboarding teams for seamless execution
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration - Required
  • 2 years of experience in HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Experience with Oracle or similar HRIS/ATS tools preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexibility to work in US shift
