Overview

Provides guidance and direction to Center of Excellence Analysts to ensure the best service experience for our internal customers. Responsible for oversight of day-to-day Analyst tasks, in addition to coaching team members. Participates in escalated problem resolution, exception approvals, and projects. Assists Manager with mentoring of each team member.

Responsibilities

  • Mentors analysts and conducts trainings as needed to ensure they have required knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish and inspect standard operating procedures and curriculum for teams’ responsibilities that supports a best in class organizational expectation.
  • Leads task prioritization and establishes both internal and external (customers) communication pathways to provide status updates.
  • Provides technical expertise to solve problems, and establishes quality control standards to ensure accuracy and integrity of work.
  • Participates in projects and departmental initiatives as needed to ensure continual product (reports) and process improvement.
  • Provides reporting to department Managers & serves as key connection point between the analysts and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - Required
  • Master's Degree - Preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in Leadership or team handling.
  • 4 years of experience in Business or Finacial Analyst experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Spring.
  • 4 years of experience in Data analysis, data storytelling, VBA, SQL, Excel, Access, PowerBI and/or Business Objects.
